Smart Templates Core v2.3 is a focused context-builder transition. Template workflows now use the current Smart Context foundation instead of carrying a separate, retired v1 context tree.

• Build template context through the same current context experience used across Smart Plugins.
• Remove a duplicate legacy tree and reduce differences between Templates and Context workflows.
• Keep the familiar flow: choose context, choose a reusable template, add instructions when needed, and copy the result.
• Use shared file and copy menus that interoperate with the broader Smart Plugin action layer.
