Smart Connect Pro v1.2

Approval appears when it protects you, not before every action

Smart Connect Pro v1.2 fixes a permissions regression that made every connected tool call stop for confirmation. Approval once again follows the behavior intended for the individual tool, so low-risk actions can continue without an unnecessary prompt while protected actions still pause when configured to do so.

Why this matters: Connection and approval behavior remains visible and deliberate instead of becoming a blanket interruption in every workflow.

What changes in the workflow

Before

A connection-level regression could make every tool call ask for confirmation, even when that tool was intended to run without another approval step.

After

Each tool follows its own confirmation policy again. The connected workflow can proceed at the pace you configured rather than stopping indiscriminately.

The rest stays familiar

This is a focused correction and Environment update, not a new Connect surface. Existing connection setup and tool behavior remain in place, while Smart Connect Pro moves onto the same v3 compatibility and lifecycle foundation as the rest of the Pro suite.
