Smart Context Core v3.3

Smart Context Core v3.3 introduces the new context builder used across the Smart Plugin suite. The builder makes included items and rules easier to understand, speeds up navigation in large context trees, and provides consistent actions for copying, dragging, opening, and reusing context.
