The smartconnections.app service is not affiliated with OpenAI. It is built on the OpenAI ChatGPT models via their plugin protocol and API. ChatGPT and GPT are (pending) trademarks of OpenAI.

The user retains all rights to and ownership of their content uploaded to smartconnections.app.

User content submitted to smartconnections.app is only used for the purpose of providing the ChatGPT Plugin and related service for the benefit of the user.  We will not use your content in any other way. To protect your privacy, we do not save your chat conversations.  In addition, your chat messages and collection data will not be used by OpenAI for model training.

Limitation of Liability

The smartconnections.app operator shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use smartconnections.app.
